Ebonie Cox brings a lifetime of experience in the game of golf to her role as an instructor with Golfzon Leadbetter Academy Bermuda – Five Forts. Having enjoyed a successful junior, amateur, and collegiate golf career, she understands firsthand the opportunities, challenges, and life lessons that golf can provide.
A certified Golfzon Leadbetter Level 1 Instructor and Operation 36 Certified Coach, Ebonie has established herself as one of the region’s top-performing coaches within the Operation 36 development system. Her success stems from her ability to create engaging learning environments, build player confidence, and guide golfers through a structured pathway that promotes both skill development and long-term enjoyment of the game.
Ebonie is passionate about helping golfers of all ages and abilities improve through sound fundamentals, purposeful practice, and a student-centered approach to coaching. Her patient and encouraging teaching style helps players build confidence while developing the skills necessary to achieve their individual goals.
She is particularly dedicated to growing the game among girls and women. Having benefited from the opportunities golf created in her own life, Ebonie is committed to encouraging more females to take up the sport, remain engaged, and pursue excellence both on and off the golf course. She believes golf is a powerful vehicle for personal development, leadership, and lifelong opportunity.
As a member of the Golfzon Leadbetter Academy Bermuda – Five Forts coaching team, Ebonie combines her competitive playing experience, modern coaching expertise, and passion for player development to help students build a strong foundation for success and a lifelong love for the game.
